Ausbildung

Alexander Rambetius was born in 1984 in Brasov/Romania. He studied mechatronics at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany from 2005 to 2011 and continued as a PhD researcher in the field of electrical drive control at the same university. After receiving his PhD in 2015 he started working in the field of electrical drive engineering at Siemens eCar which later on became part of Valeo Siemens eAutomotive and is now part of Valeo Powertrain Systems. He is working the R&D department and has been lead integration and application engineer for several e-drives and inverters, which are now used in mass-production vehicles (e.g. Inverter for the electric rear axle drive of the VW MEB vehicles in Europe).
